Born in Treia (MC) in 1957, he graduated as a surveyor at the "A.D.Bramante" Technical Institute in Macerata in 1978. In 1981 he started working as a freelancer after practicing at private studies.

 

Certificates:

  • Enrollment in the list of firefighting professionals, certified at the College of Surveyors of Macerata in 1987.

  • Topography course applied to the land register, certified by the Colleges of Surveyors of Macerata and Camerino in 1989.

  • Safety and health coordinator on construction sites, certified at the College of Surveyors of Macerata.
