Born in San Severino Marche (MC) in 1992, he graduated from the "A.D. Bramante" Technical Institute for Surveyors in Macerata in 2011, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2021, both from the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona.

from July to September 2009, he completed a training internship in topography and land registry at the office of Surveyor Elvio Menghi in Pollenza.
